Description

Not likely to be needed on Interstate 95, perhaps this should be required on the Intrastate Waterway, in the Bahamas, and anywhere frequented by Mers!

I used construction paper, a printout off Deviantart, pencil, a straight-edge ruler, and magic marker.

The silhouette is based on 'Mermaid' by crying4fayth. I hope you don't mind too much!
